The first part of this course (lectures 1-7) can be regarded as a standalone short course to get you quick and effective practices that you can apply in your daily living to overcome feelings of loneliness and isolation. We introduce to you, basic concepts in Buddhism centred around practical living.

You will feel great being in your own company. You are complete as you are.

Lectures 8, 9 and 10 give more indepth content about concepts in Buddhism.

What Will I Learn?

  1. You will learn basic concepts of Buddhism: The Nobel Eightfold Path, The 5 Hindrances and Focus on Satipattana
  2. Attachments bring suffering - learn to detach and be happier
